Harold Berard is a graduate of the prestigious Nissim de Camondo School in Paris.
He started his career collaborating with various photographers helping them with the decorative environment and creative composition. He was then quickly noticed by various fashion houses (Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, Jean-Paul Gaultier parfums, Issey Miyake parfums) who entrusted him with the design of their merchandising and retail universe. These creative works made him reflect more globally on the "product", integrating the image of it with a visual and spatial communication.His training as Interior Architect and his sensitivity to decorative arts, also allows him to plan the scenography of cultural and event-driven performances.
To this day, Harold Berard continues his work in the field of design and artistic direction. For Cartier, he is developing the merchandising identity of their "Haute Horlogerie" as well as the decorative world of their brand "Masculin Classic" for their retail outlets. For the fashion house Hermès, he is creating the aesthetic vocabulary for a line of perfume and the conceptual realisation of events using podiums. He is also creating for Hennessy the visual communication campaign of their XO cognac and for Les Champagnes Mumm the launching of their line "Champagne Protocole".
